Led by its two co-owners, Gabriel Fréchette and Ziad Royal, the company specializes in the maintenance of common areas in condominium buildings, in addition to providing office cleaning and post-construction cleaning services.

Since 2000, we have been helping to keep condo buildings clean, welcoming, and impeccably maintained. What began as a family business has now become a trusted partner for many homeowners’ associations and property managers.

The company was founded by Luc and Yolaine with a simple conviction: to provide impeccable housekeeping services based on reliability, professionalism, and respect for customers. Thanks to their dedication and the consistent quality of their work, they have built a company known for its reliability and excellence.

Today, their son Gabriel and his partner and childhood friend Ziad are carrying on this mission with a commitment to moving the company forward while preserving the values that have made it successful. By combining more than 25 years of family experience with a modern approach to management and customer service, we meet the high expectations of today’s condominium complexes.

As the son of the founders, Gabriel grew up in the business and is ensuring the family business’s continuity. On a day-to-day basis, he oversees field operations, coordinates teams, and ensures that every customer is satisfied.

Ziad Royal | Co-owner, Secretary, and Treasurer

As Gabriel’s partner, Ziad helps modernize the company’s management and customer service. On a day-to-day basis, he manages the company’s finances and communications and handles its administrative tasks.
